Based on my own photo reference taken at Tokyo’s famous Shibuya Crossing, this piece looks at the watchers rather than the crowd below. Instead of photographing the crossing itself, I was drawn to the people gathered high above — phones in hand, capturing the scene from the Starbucks window. It’s a study in observation: people watching people, watching people. Part of my ongoing Voyeur travel series, it captures the quiet rhythm within the chaos. At 76 cm, it’s a statement piece that easily holds its own in any space.
